On Saturday 4th May, the CLC Jazz Band took to the Free Stage at the Cheltenham Jazz Festival once again to entertain the public.
Students from LC1 to SFC2 performed a dazzling set of six numbers which included stellar vocal performances from Devani (SFC2) and Hope (UC5).
From Ray Charles’ Let the Good Times Roll to classics such as Feeling Good and The Lady is a Tramp, the band swung its way into the festival spirit, including the mud, and put on a great show! Other numbers included Beyond the Sea, Flight of the Foo Birds, and The Sunny Side of the Street.
The band included a range of instruments such as Saxophones, trumpets, flutes, clarinets, trombones, piano, bass and drums.
A great morning to be remembered!
