Since 2020, school communities across the globe have been challenged in an unprecedented manner, from the reverberations still being felt from Covid lockdowns, disrupted learning and the toll on mental health, to wider global financial and political pressures.
Our pupils are the reason we are here, we believe in their future collectively and individually, and we are never complacent about this. College’s Council and the Leadership Team have developed a future-facing strategy which supports our Vision, Mission and Values in a world which has changed significantly in a short time.
We start from a position of strength, as reflected in the substantive commentary of the recent ISI Inspection report. We believe that we have an exciting future ahead, not without its challenges, but one which is characterised by a deep commitment to our ethos and values.
We come to this next decade with an open mind, with agility and with intention, and are ready to be challenged as well as inspired.
