This week, CLC proudly recognises 200 of its staff members who have worked at College for more than a decade, embodying both loyalty and dedication. Out of the 700-strong workforce at College, a remarkable 29% have reached this milestone - across all areas of College.
Amongst these long-serving staff, over 80 hold a teaching or coaching role enriching our classrooms on a daily basis, and 22 hold pastoral roles providing invaluable support and guidance to students. Thirty-three work in catering and 17 work in the domestics team, both departments being essential to the operations of College on a day-to-day basis. Last but not least, 44 members of the support staff have provided over a decade of administrative, technical and logistical support to keep College running smoothly - their efforts are crucial in ensuring that every aspect of CLC functions seamlessly.
Speaking this week, Eve Jardine-Young thanked these staff:
“There is something remarkable about individuals who dedicate themselves to a single community or organisation for an extended period of time. A sincere “thank you” to all of our long-serving staff for your continued commitment to College. It is not taken for granted and is truly appreciated.
“Our acknowledgement of these staff members is not merely a recognition of their service but is testament to the enormous contribution they have made to generations of CLC students. Resonating with our mission for a CLC education, you truly enrich the community to which we all belong.”
