Over the summer, LC3 (Year 9) student Christy, along with her friend Amelia, participated in the prestigious BIEA (British International Education Association) STEM competition and secured the first place prize with their project, which transformed the city of Sofia, Bulgaria into a carbon-neutral metropolis.
Congratulations to Christy and Amelia on their well-deserved victory. There will be a showcase of the projects at London Docklands Museum on 17th October and a Youth Forum on 18th October, with teams from around the world attending.
