In order to help both day and boarding parents with journeys to College, we run an extensive network of buses and transport options.

Boarders

At Exeat weekends, half terms and the end of terms, College runs coach services to Oxford Peartree Services, Beaconsfield Services and Hammersmith, and to Stafford, Sandbach, Knutsford and Warrington. These run on all travel days and we provide a member of staff to chaperone on the coach.

A shuttle service is also provided between College and Cheltenham Spa train station to meet the most popular London-bound train for Exeats and half terms.

UK transfers and airport transfers are arranged by College, using either our own College Drivers or one of our trusted operators. Collections can be made from private addresses or any airport. Transport will generally be shared between students travelling at the same time unless parents request an individual car for their daughter.

Bookings for all these services are made by parent or pupil via an online form. Specific details can be provided on request by the Houses, Admissions Department or the College Transport Manager.

Day Girl Bus Services

College offers a daily bus service (Monday – Saturday mornings and Monday – Friday evenings) during term time, in partnership with three other independent schools. All routes drop off and pick up from Cheltenham College Prep, Dean Close, St Edward's and Ashley Manor, as well as College.

The bus service is chargeable termly directly to the service provider, and passes can be bought for all journeys, mornings, evenings and for adhoc journeys. For further information, please contact the Admissions Department (prospective families) or the Vice Principal's Office (current girls).
